Zetsugi of the Miles (絶技のマイル, Zetsugi no Mairu)[1] is a prisoner at Smelly Lid Prison.
Appearance
Zetsugi is a muscular man with his dark hair combed back. He wears a standard prison uniform, but ties his shirt around his shoulders and wears leather bracelets with spikes.
Personality
Zetsugi is very confident in his abilities, challenging Sonic into a fight. He does fear Puri-Puri-Prisoner and apologizes to the other prisoners for waking him up.
Background
Zetsugi is a kenpo user and claimed to be the first and last man who robbed a bank unarmed.

When the cat-like monster, Nyan broke into Smelly Lid Prison searching for Puri-Puri-Prisoner, Zetsugi and the other prisoners question the monsters motives.[2]

After Speed-o'-Sound Sonic challenges the prisoners, Zetsugi is the first to step forward and warns Sonic about his abilities, which the latter is unimpressed. He attacks Sonic, only to be easily subdued and in pain. His screams woke up their boss and he apologizes to the other prisoners.[3]

Kenpo: Zetsugi seem to know some kenpo skills and is quite self-confidant about them.
