Appearance
He is a tall man with a pale complexion with his silver hair combed back. He has sunken cheeks and light green eyes. He wears a long white trench coat with black lining a black gloves.
Personality
He seemed to be a sickly man and has some rivalry with Don Pacino.

The Pupil Who Is an Extremely Poor Talker
Genos finds the man, asking him about the closed supermarket. The man informs Genos that this is the work of Don Pacino, before collapsing in front of him. Moments later Don Pacino appears and takes the man hostage and questioning Genos about his connection with him. In the end Genos promptly defeats the Pacino Family and saves the man.[1]
